Been with EME from the IPO and I was just about to divest my remaining EME shares and this announcement appears.

Why would an investment company pay a significant % premium on current share price for a 14% stake in a company years away from production income? Remember the RSPT as well.

    Questions.

Is there something in the wings we are unaware of?

Was it only done to save us share holders from having to put our hands in our pockets to continue exploration?

Were they forced to pay the $1.02 to match the takeover price?

Will this have any effect on the current share price?

Anyone with any ideas before I do dump my shares and move on.
