- Minimal dilution

- 1.8c in this environment, when the shares have been trading around 2c or lower in recent weeks, is a very strong result

- Clearly shows things are progressing in both Mongolia and CB. Remember, they already have enough cash at bank for working capital so why the need to raise more funds now? You do the math...

- In my experience, s.708 issues almost always result in sizeable share price appreciation within 1-3 months of the placement. Seen it happen dozens of times. Smart money gets first feed at the troth unfortunately, but if you follow their money you usually get rewarded. And i this case, they really aren't getting much of a discount to the market price.
