Respect is something earned... not something given. The previous admin managed to lose that some time ago. I myself initially had that respect, however, as time progressed I soon became aware of the inevitable as did others I assume.
Turn a page, a new chapter begins. A reshuffle is executed and fresh faces have appeared, with the introduction of the a new admin. Holders are very pleased, surprised, confused, p#ssed off etc... but hey... we can't go anywhere (atm) and apart from venting our frustrations... it only falls on deaf ears.
We have a list of tenements that are located in prime jurisdictions, with the only downside being financial cash flow and (past) management incompetence in order to make precise and inform decisions.
Yes this (new) admin need our support... and yes, they have to earn it. We don't really know the issues they are dealing with (if any), and it would be wise to allow time to sort itself.
Since we can go anywhere, we may as well wait for the next ann.
