I have no idea what the results will show apart from assuming they should be positive based on the history of the targeted area.
What is frustrating, is the lack of clarity regarding the release of the information.
Why the holdup?
The Board obviously does not have the information because they would be in breech of the disclosure rules if they had material information and did not advise the market.
Therefore ( unless there was a technical clusterf fk) the only logical answer is the results have not been passed into the Board because the accounts have not been paid.
then the question is why not?
A failure by the new Chairman to clarify the holdup ( particularly given the recent history of BDI) raises more questions about his judgement and his agenda, so yes, he is pissing on what should be a positive parade.
