I will have to look into it when I finish work but I do think this is good news. won't have seperate balance sheets where the trust always giving distributions to PAC so hard to follow. the 1.1b class shares to 1 PAC is not bad if I remember in a few years they were going to be redeemable for 1:1.
The 21million liability I guess it is what it is no way to tell how good that deal is without their formula but at least it will be done and dusted
I'm hoping this will 1. Reduce overheads 2. Bring in more certainty which will take off a risk premium
