Surely rates will drop .....
Notes seem to be CAM's mo.... at 6% they have done well to do as well as they have ......
But surely they could drop to 3.5 - 4% and still find takers in the current climate ......giving more overall profits for all .....providing current performance is maintained .
Maybe we'll get a win win ......
