Pxu is assets based business or a fund.
Srs is equities based business or a company
If A director holds both shares in a company and in a fund then once the business is making profits the director will earn 100% incomes from the two.

If Srs is making profits after that It must pays a percentage of income to the fund. Let's say 20%-30%

Now Srs wants to own both equities and assets in order to fully capitulate all profits made. It will have a power to sell the whole business if there's a takeover offer.

    Am I interpreting right?
