Either way they are on the clock for me now regarding an acquisition and getting this thing listed again.

ill be curious to see if NGE capital come out with a formal position on this given their letter demanding the company be wound up from back in May.

Cant say i disagree with them right now especially given they the Board and Seamus appear to have have made every calculation ( forex rate at date of contract, this 'net proceeds' rubbish etc etc) in their favors in order retain as much cash as possible and still be seen to be distributing 90%. Shit they couldn't even bring themselves to exceed that figure.. haha
