If the company was to be fully wound up and the remaining funds were distributed as an unfranked dividend I would pay more tax than with the current plan of a combination of capital return and unfranked dividend. That is Assuming that the DNK shares could be sold on market for about 10c afterwards. Also, If people vote No the company may or may not be wound up, either way I think it would take us longer to get our 42c. For these reasons I’ve voted Yes. GLTAHs
