My TFN was not lodged before record date so i too incurred the witholding tax. Is it the case that this can only be reconciled at the end of this financial year, as part of tax return? or is there a mechanism to request a refund from the ATO sooner? It has been a long wait and another 6 months without that money will be frustrating to say the least.
