    I'm talking about what they should have in the bank at 30-Sep (will see the qtrly cash flow stmt soon to confirm). So yeah - includes both sale proceeds and existing cash (plus interest). They should have ~$40m in cash left post distribution which is around that 10.5cps yeah. Not the worst time to be picking up assets tbh - a lot of pain out there.
