The only thing i can see is its a 'net number' as in the net proceeds of sale, So they have therefore deducted about 7 million as the cost of sales. id like to see what these are... hopefully not a bunch of fat consulting fees paid to themselves as one could argue these should have been deducted from their existing operating capital. just my thoughts..
