This is what happens when you try to do back door deals and got found out. They were confident of pulling it off as well, with all the chest beating. Will WPL pull out their big gun lawyers though?
I am pretty sure they did a back door deal too with CNE. We'll know if CNE suddenly decided that they want to now PE as well.
All along, I was not worried about FAR not being able to get finance, as much as losing out on being to be able to PE. The stage is now set for a TO or a good deal. "when the time frame is finalised" from the announcement says it all.
No announcements for months and two in a day is too much to handle.
