What I don't understand is, if everyone wants to sell, then only 74.9% of your holdings will be purchased by the company. What value is placed on the remaining shares? I nearly sold yesterday at a loss. For those that did, there should be a reporting body - the BOD misled the shareholders by omitting pertinent information. Can't they be held accountable somehow? I don't know the rules about this.
