Yes I was just about to follow up with this. The buyback price delayed clarification seems like it was on purpose, they would have known the price was going to dump if they put no definite price in (especially in my experience isn't the buyback price usually a premium to the average SP over x days?). Then after the sp drop, the buy back can now be 'clarified' at a supposed premium price to the current SP. If they proposed this price range in the initial announcement I'm assuming there would be uproar with long term and short term holders alike since this range is what we have been trading at for roughly 2 weeks.
I agree surely this is a significant omission that requires some sort accountability.
