I personally think a counter is unlikely as this is where C10 and DWX want to go, but stranger things have happened (especially here).
Personally this is like a poker game, where you have gone in bind and someone else is holding your cards.
You have seen the flop, the turn card seems to be the buy back and potential of some acquisition down the line and the River is the big unknown. At the turn you have a chance to cash your chips or wait for the River. If only you knew the hold cards, the decision is heaps clearer and you can judge your move depending on your risk appetite.
I am not a seller at this stage, as I want to know the hold cards first. Is that likely, who knows?
