The gall of management to say this outcome achieves significant value for shareholders. 20 Million going to share holders which is still a net -20% return to shareholders since the acquisition of DWX and C10. I suppose it was significant value, but only in their pockets. Unfortunately I couldn't get pout quick enough but at least the SP cant go below 0.140 unless the market believes TSI is actually a negative hole in the books. I mean it wouldn't surprise me.
