    I agree the deal stinks.

    A lot of people were duded here IMO. To pick out one person who believed the spin is harsh. If my hunch is right, the poster is bleeding the same as the rest of us. Looking at the August update it would be easy to understand the optimism of many. Any blame sheets home to one place, the board.
