    Gary keeps his holding

    Gary's % Of Ownership Increases

    Company isn't viable to be listed

    Gary then gets control of the business and whatever money is left, he then lodges a takeover of TSI from CX Partners

    Gary has the most to gain and the most to loose, at the moment he's loosing, but surely he's not silly enough to do a deal that'll hurt his back pocket
