Yep - $3m in costs and taxes....
And we end up with TSi - and asset that no one wants to buy, and we get stuck with Jeff searching for opportunities in ATM business.... not sure if anyone has noticed but ATMs are a lost cause and they'll be completely obsolete in a couple years if not already.
