After the AGM announcement I realise the deal for the sale is worth $10 million AUD ($7.5 million USD). Considering where the market cap is right now, wouldn't this rise in price at the sale?
What other shots on goal does Sensera have? - it appears that the MEMS division was all they had left and if I recall correctly they sold another part of the business last year?
Also, would there be some kind of special dividend or just bank the cash for future developments?
