    Wow - its tough have options - what to do with cash - do we reduce debt and therefore have a higher dividend ratio payout or do we give a special dividend or share buyback or all 3?

    The thing is there capex maintaince is going to be reduced and therefore they are going to be more cashflow positive anyway - even if they don't payoff some debt - getting VAH off their books is also going to reduce their gearing.. the new planes will cost less to maintain and they have hedged well for 2017 so they win win or win win win... I think the POO will keep re-treating again as well so the $2.48AUD valuation sounds about right..
