The market likes this sale to Nanshan.
Both VAH and AIZ up 5% at the moment.
I read that HNA wanted to buy up to 19.9% of VAH.
The Virgin stake in VAH was diluted to 8.7% by the sale to HNA.
I expect that HNA and Virgin will soon be bidding for the 2.5% holding that AIZ still owns after the Nanshan deal.
