Perhaps a bit disappointing sale price of the remaining 61 properties as I thought they would have been attractive in a Q.E. boosted Euro- zone.
Guess the fire sale nature hurt.
So as I read it the upside is 8.6c and the downside could be zero if the Australian held 2.4c is needed to fund a German tax case in the courts. Further, no resolution for 2 + years.
Given these factors, I would have thought 6.1c is high for now. Entry around 4.5 to 5c in 6 months more reasonable to me.
