I'm trying to understand, so is the sale process subsequent to the seeking of a DFAT exemption exclusive. i.e if they obtain an exemption then they won't need to proceed with a sale as operations will be ok as per sanctions. Is this a way of saying to DFAT actions of your not getting a permit is just that Aussie shareholders will get a pittance and no actual impact on russian economy
