who owns the intellectual property of the Syntonic RGP and is that included in the disposal of the US entities? It sounds like only Syntonic Limited is left as a shell company, with no directors (?) but not clear to me if it has anything of any worth going forwards. Probably not, just thought I'd ask if anyone has any clue.
