The Tax man is going to want his cut of this sale
the two variables Im not sure of are if the accumulated losses of $42m+ can be offset against the gain and/or if its treated as an asset sale and qualifies for the CGT discount
Depending on those factors the cash backing I arrived at post this deal works out to anywhere between 21.5c to 31.5c so alot of it depends on the tax implications of the sale imo
