    I agree loki its impossible to calculate given whats known from NST & TAM but we do know they are going to have to enter into talks (if not already) around the CTP before June and extend or vary the agreement - I would think that the board members with skin in the game would be well aware of what direction NST seem to be heading and so I imagine that the new agreement might well address a lot of future possibilities...

    Another thing is that getting through all the red tape to set up a new plant in the NT and having to deal with the Central Land Council etc brings lots of headaches and delays - the CTP would only require a permit to increase throughput.. if NST find a problem with reaching an agreement over the CTP plant with TAM then I would think they'd simply TO which I think is likely to occur at some point anyway if NST drilling goes well - why let TAM sp go up to high?

    Anyway I still think this announcement today was good for TAM and its likely relationship with NST..
