    I'm disappointed.

    Speaking from an acute aversion to capital gains taxes, I too will be voting against this scheme proposal, albeit it in the full knowledge that the deal will precede given the ownership structure of MCU.

    Given a choice between receiving a growing dividend stream, and paying a tax, I tend to prefer receiving cash than paying it!!!
