re: Ann: Proposed Selective Capital Reduction... Yep probably, although there were clear signs of accumulation last week so I do wonder whether there is more to the buying interest last week.

Let's not forget the ATM is on Wednesday where the company will give its first comment on trading conditions this year.

We know it will be weak, but they still haven't said anything about the phase 4 plant. That article I posted last week seems to imply a 25% increase in production capacity, so this should be viewed as very good news IMO.
