They need to pay 1.9m to DR in court costs. So the sale of assets doesn't even cover that. Cap raise by end of week/next week.
Furthermore the debacle around this project supposedly being water tight and having the DR bent over a barrel, and the Con note deed being piss poor, brings into question just how good their contract is with the Cuban government.
im surprised and grateful I got out at 1.6. I really can't see any upside for the next few months until mass dilution has taken place. Anyone negotiating a buy in for NS or LD is in the driver's seat now.
