Everyone gets a bit nervous around these manoeuvres, however a tighter registry of 350M shares looks better than 1.6B shares going into financing discussions, and probably an expanding share base again quite soon depending on the debt/equity mix to fund construction.
North Americans like a smaller capital structure and higher share prices. That's maybe why we are doing this now, and maybe trying to lock in some of the premium we are enjoying atm.
