re: Ann: Proposed share placement and changes... I'm hopeful that the GM planned to be held in mid-late August may include a change of name and even perhaps a 3 tier (tranche) incentive plan for a private company that may be backdoored in along with all relevant details. They may not be able to complet negotiations that fast, but it it may be possible.
