I haven’t held shares in a company that has split securities this way, what are the pros and cons? I understand the liquidity aspect but will this benefit all shareholders or just shareholders with large holdings?
In any case, it’s exciting times for the company and as a long term holder I must acknowledge the can do attitude of the board.
