The heart of the matter immediately is Andean‘s SantaBarbara gold mine in Colombia, offering significant near term cash flow from higrade u/ground ore, plus vg exploration potential, large scale, given thegeological neighbourhood.

Investors will soon see Andean is the child of Metminco’sfounding management, MNC, which crashed and burned a few years back mainlybecause it was left holding a large mid grade CuMo porphyry in southern Peru ina market where the Cu price halved, from about 4 to 2, $/lb. Which crushedfunding. In hindsight the big mistake was not raising more $ in the good times.

It finished with a small promising advanced Au project inColombia but funding that proved very challenging too.

So Andean was launched with El Dovio hi grade VMS Cu-Auproject in Colombia through a deal with a Canadian junior.

Andean’s never say die management has stayed active inColombia and hence identified Santa Barbara.

Andean management also brings strong hands on technicalskills in project start up, commissioning, exploration etc., which will bevital in realising Santa B’s potential.
