Guys the company will more than likely place the shortfall of the 1 for 4 shares held capital raise which only 37 million shares were taken up at .014cents. The shortfall which is around 73 million shares the company can place at its discretion. If the company can place those share to investors they have over 7 million in the bank to progress the gold project if the acquisition goes through.
