    "which only 37 million shares were taken up at .014cents" = 518k, there were two extensions given due to lack of interest, I didnt find any other notice to say they raised cash. Where does the 7m come from? as they had didly squat in the last quarterly.

    As much as I like the story of the acquisition merger it feels just a tad shady to me, I would like some clarification of funds if there is any because as tempted as I be, I am not falling for a trap lols
