As I said years ago the company at the time was facilitating taking its core tenement in the project out of shareholders hands and gifting it away. They could have extended its life but didn't, now revealed they reported to the dept it had no promise. So why spend so much in court to try and get it back??? We need to find out why they let it expire? It wasn't a mistake, they set up the tenement services and gave it to their mates, fought others in court and all their mates lost, Rheingold applied but KOR have always fought it and still do so today. It doesn't stack up.
