Both Australian Copper Pty Ltd & Australian Copper Holdings have the case against Ashcroft Resources Pty Ltd and prior, one or both of the Australian Coppers were against Hawkers. We see the Wardens list of all the parties in the Wardens mentions leading up to the final hearing.
Interesting in KOR's release they didn't say that 4 leases applied through RIC (Rheingold tenement service) over the 2115 lease were also booted out. Obviously they want the ground, but why didn't they apply for an extension of time?
