I sent them a question:
"Today was announced Toronto listing and Merger with Golden Harp for Beadell Resources (BDR.ASX). Beadell shareholders, via a Scheme of Arrangement, will exchange 14.25 fully paid ordinary Beadell shares for one post consolidation Golden Harp common share (either in the form of CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) or, if a shareholder elects, Golden Harp common shares). Golden Harp is on the TSX Venture Exchange.
What will happen if this Scheme of Arrangement goes through? Will Member Direct holdings be offered a choice or be forced to CDI's or forced to sell?"
I'll let you know how they reply. It's not clear to me what's going to happen in this case but if there's no long term, then I might as well sell now and move along.

If you have RMD as an allowable stock, then IMO they have little excuse not to allow Golden Harp, other than if they are stopping you holding small market cap stocks.
