This deal doesn’t sound that sexy. The market cap of euromaxes is 40 million and has been falling for a year while metal prices are rising. BMG are acquiring a few of their projects so after all the dilution you’re maybe looking at 15 million cap with a few million cash.
I suspect it’s low grade too.
