After review of this document I will be voting yes to the proposed transaction.It is a win situation to all parties MPIF will be able to recover monies due to the asset sales 36c to start returned plus further monies on wind up.BAO holders will have the distribution stopper removed and hopefully dividends re commencemen.Better reflection of share price to NTA.
