A. Applications for foreign companies that satisfy the standards of OTCQX or OTCQB and qualify for
the exemption under Rule 12g3-2(b) can generally be completed in approximately four weeks.
Clearance of the Form 211 by your Market Maker with the FINRA OTC Compliance Unit may delay
the process. Overall, joining OTCQX or OTCQB takes significantly less time than the process of
registering with the SEC and listing on a traditional stock exchange.
