read their report closely. The Solomon’s are experts at crafting the English language to suggest the sale almost a certainty. With respect to the sale of the Georgia property, their special (and favourite) words such as potential / is considering / subject to will get people like you that have confirmation bias that “certainty” is going ahead.
The wording for the Colorado property is still unclear. “Eden is proceeding to sell…..”- does that just mean they have decided to make the first step of putting it on the market? I doubt both will be sold in 6 months.
Read several of their past pumps and look for their use of these buzz words

anticipated
expected
potential
possible
likely
trials
promising
if
etc
