I only just got the time to actually open and read this announcement, and this is a waaay better than I was expecting. These proposed changes will hit Omni hard, and have already smashed SGHT's SP- both of whom are actually exposed to these changes, and are our direct competition.
The situation actually look likely to work in our favour: "...an opportunity to adapt to the proposed changes, [and] take advantage of market consolidation" are the key words here, I interpret it to essentially mean; 'our competitors are going be badly affected by the proposal, we are able to somewhat sidestep the proposal, enabling us to gain a greater market share'.
I don't have heaps of spare cash atm, but I'll put whatever I can into anything below 19-20c.
Interesting day tomorrow that's for sure.
