Not sure what the full conversation chain is but I can see that Shelly is still not very comfortable and continues to get confused.
The points you listed above are correct and are amongst some of the reasons why Natural G is mixed with Synthetic to make the current Anode material.
One of the main reasons that current Anodes still use synthetic G is twofold:
1. The quality of the Natural G used to date is on the lower side
2. The purification method used to date (mainly in China) is too harsh, but unavoidable as that is the only way they know that allows them to remove enough impurities from the NG to make it suitable for use in Anodes, but the harsh purification method destroys some of the desired/required properties of the NG and therefore the need to balance out with Synthetic.
Shelly, we discussed this in the past, but might need to repeat and it will most likely be useful for some of the new investors looking to decide which Graphite company to invest in.
Almost all NG can be purified to 99.99, but if you start with a low-quality NG, by the time you run it through current purification methods it becomes a very low-performing anode as it will have lost most of the important structure and the surface area will become too small regardless of achieving 99.99, the other negative is the high cost of using the extra steps and materials needed to get to that 99.99.
That is why EcoGraf's patented purification process is such a big deal, It can achieve 99.99 BUT at a much-reduced input cost and as importantly it does not cause the same amount of damage to the NG flake as the Chinese and everyone else's methods (which are copies of the Chinese method).
