Hi MrDelta, perhaps you need to have a re-read of the RNU announcement, they have not banked anything. My reading of their announcement is simply that the EFA has confirmed the facility can be used for upstream processing whereas it was originally approved for the integrated operation, ie Mine plus BAM. The EFA still is undertaking due diligence.
