Was very fun (in hindsight, not at the time) deploying ~1.5% of my capital into this name in mid-20s. Good to get a rare 'win' in a tough market.
Unfortunately I'm still "underwater" overall here but ~2x ARR for a 'centre of ecosystem' platform biz that raised their prices twice in 12 months and run/governed by some of the best names in the property tech space, it's still deliciously juicy...
Hopefully the next 4C confirms some traction in their upsell/cross-sell strategy.
