    Whilst it was good to read a more detailed explanation behind PGL's downgrade, it did leave me questioning the wisdom of the pivot in strategy so soon after IPO. What business case did Management put to the Board to justify this change in strategy and its adverse implications against the Prospectus Forecasts which are set in stone as a must hit for each newly listed company?
