PROSPECT: FSF: Amendments to Offer Documents
FSF Management Company Limited, the manager of the Fonterra Shareholders'
Fund registered a combined prospectus and investment statement dated 26
October 2012 ("Offer Document") for the offer by the Manager of units in the
Fund under the Securities Act 1978.
FSF Management Company Limited now wishes to amend the Offer Document and, in
accordance with section 43 of the Securities Act 1978, has filed a memorandum
of amendments dated 2 November 2012.
